Jan-Marini Pacleb is a 24-year old, cis-woman (she/her/hers), currently living in Chula Vista, California. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2018 with a degree in Biology (BS) and a minor in Social Psychology. Currently, she is applying to medical schools since it’s a big dream of hers. Other than this new volunteering experience, for the past five years, She has been a hospice volunteer for Kaiser Permanente Hospice Program, where she provides emotions, spiritual support, and companionship with terminally ill patients. It’s because of her future aspirations of being a doctor, that Jan-Marini wanted to branch out and find ways to broaden her knowledge of cultural relativism by supporting various groups of people (LGBTQA+, the elderly, youth groups, and now women’s reproductive support groups).
Other than that, I love sleeping in, playing with my guitar, playing video games and sketching art work for my friends and family. Fun fact I really have a big Pikachu obsession!
